Responsibility in BRAV

As a leading house of brands within the sports and outdoor segment, we are committed to taking care of our planet, our customers, as well as ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for our employees who develop, and the factory workers who produce our products. It is what people expect from us, and what we expect of ourselves.

ESG in BRAV

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), is also called Sustainability. In Brav we call this Responsibility. Brav is committed to taking responsibility for its business activities and is engaged in making a positive contribution to the environment, customers and the society as a whole. Our ambition is to act responsibly and to be in the forefront in selected areas in sustainable business practices.

Environmental

Environmental is the E in the Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) model and for Brav it also refers to the UN Sustainability Development Goal #12 Sustainable Consumption and Production, ensuring responsible consumption and production patterns. To Brav, this means striving towards the most sustainable and durable materials, efficient energy saving manufacturing, and avoiding overproduction.

Social

Social is the S in the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) model and for Brav it refers to the UN Sustainability Development Goal #8 Decent Work and Economic Growth: Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all. Brav is committed to creating a workplace of diversity, inclusion and mutual respect. Brav respects fundamental human rights in all of our business operations and comply with all applicable laws.

Governance

Governance is the G in the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) model and refers to economic and legal corporate compliance, like promoting transparency and preventing corruption. We have chosen to sort chemical compliance, our Restricted Substances List (RSL) under Governance. For Brav, Governance also refers to the UN Sustainability Development Goal #17 Partnerships for the Goals, global partnerships for sustainable development to reach Agenda 2030.

Reports

The purpose of Brav reporting our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) expedition is to concretely document and measure our challenges and risks, push our responsibility work forwards, and to communicate with our internal and external stakeholders by reporting both responsibility goals, negative findings and achievements.

Brands Responsibility

In Brav, we view quality as a process of continuous improvement of performance to ensure we develop products of the highest quality and with the correct values. All Brav brands are on the same responsibility expedition and they all have the common foundation of values, responsibility goals and regulations.
