Lundhags eCommerce Manager

The eCom and Marketing team in Brav aim to become the leader on digitalization and e-commerce in our industry, and we invite you to join us on the journey of turning dreams into memories. We are  searching for an experienced and commercially driven ecommerce manager with passion for digitalization to our Lundhags marketing team in Stockholm. 

You will play a key role in the commercial development of our web shop at lundhags.com. We are today running our e-commerce in Sweden and Norway and will soon open up in Europe with focus on the German market. Your main task is to develop the business and grow revenues in all focus markets but there will also be tasks that go across all our brands.

You have experience in driving ecom business in several markets with a good track record. You have a digital sales and marketing mindset and understand e-commerce in depth. We expect you to have strong strategic, analytic and organizational skills. As a part of Brav eCommerce & Marketing team you will be working with other skilled, ambitious and passionate people in creating a new standard to market and sell sport and outdoor products.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Lundhags e-commerce DTC sales
  • Execute day-to-day e-commerce business to ensure sales growth and profitability of Lundhags products and services
  • Manage the web shop and improve customer experience in all aspects of the customer journey 
  • Run affiliate program
  • Day-to-day contact with development team for updates and tests
  • Liaise with markets for market specific update
  • Responsible for CRO and analyze KPI’s and metrics to locate trends and implement ideas to generate growth, maximize conversion rates and ensure online site performance
  • Test and optimize product display, landing pages and more to drive sales and increase margins
  • Work with developers and designers to improve UX and website performance
  • Together with the Lundhags marketing team, create and implement campaigns and marketing activities including email marketing including improve content quality and traffic acquisition
  • Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices. 

 

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years academic degree (bachelor or similar), preferably in computer science, or marketing and communication
  • Minimum 5 years work experience including proven, hands-on, experience of building and managing eCommerce websites for a high growth company
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology, sophisticated analytics and CRO 
  • Experience working with digital marketing channels 
  • Experienced in web analytics, specifically Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager (or similar tools)
  • Experience with complex eCommerce platforms is a requirement and experience with Episerver is a plus 
  • Working knowledge of web-development, HTML and CSS languages is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of digital productivity tools (MS Office/GSuite)
  • Experience with Agile development and DevOps principles and framework.
  • Very good native and English language skills, both verbally and written.
