Supply Chain Project Manager

Are you commercial and innovative and want to lift Brav’s supply chain to new heights? 


We are looking for you who have a strong commercial flair with an eye for detail and continuous improvements. As Supply Chain Project Manager you will work proactively to create measures to ensure that Brav has an innovative and efficient supply chain. 

You will have an independent and influential role in the supply chain team where you will be assigned to lead larger and/or complex projects across departments and brands. Working closely with the Supply Chain Director, you will be our expert in supply chain working on identifying, developing and implementing process changes and improvements.

 Key tasks:

  • Analyze, identify, and suggest improvements across the supply chain from customer to suppliers.
  • Project management of Brav cross-functional projects.
  • Assure and document projects obtain expected cost/benefit/profit realization. 
  • Provide insight as an internal consultant enabling the BRAV Supply chain to be up front on distribution strategies, physical and information.
  • Create factual based decision documents and analysis on request and to support improvement initiatives.
  • Discussion partner with the Supply Chain Director to drive the supply chain function forward.
  • Go to person on process development and competence sharing within the supply chain. 

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Master’s degree in business administration, technology, or engineering.
  • 5-10 years experience in international trade, manufacturing, purchasing, and/or sales organizations.
  • Experience from strategic consulting.
  • Theoretical and strategic capability to identify and implement solutions through change management, system alignment and process improvement.
  • Proven record of results of value chain and process improvements.
  • Very good native and English language skills, both verbally and written
