Head of Responsibility

 As the Head of Responsibility you will be Brav’s driving force in reaching the company’s ambition to be in the industry forefront of sustainable business practice. You will work closely with the Top Management team and the organization to encourage, identify and implement new business models and areas to achieve sustainable growth. 

We expect you to be updated on the development of social policy, regulations, and customer expectations for our industry. The Head of Responsibility is Brav’s voice in the public room and is working actively to maintain a network with NGOs, the industry and the community. As Head of Responsibility you are overall responsible for our internal and external sustainability reporting.

Main areas of responsibility: 

Innovation and business development

  • Responsible for continuous development and implementing of Brav’s Responsibility strategy
  • Prepare and follow up strategy with goals, KPIs, risk assessments and action plans within priority ESG areas 
  • Driving force in integrating sustainable business procedures in our core processes 
  • Challenge the leadership and organization in identifying and implementing new business areas and -models 
  • Driving force in moving Brav to the forefront of the sustainability area
  • Lead cross functional resource groups and oversee projects and initiatives within the group

Social policy, regulations, compliance

  • Be updated on development in social policies and regulations in our main markets, especially Norway and EU
  • Translate social policies and regulations into relevant requirements, procedures and business opportunities for Brav
  • Develop and maintain a network in NGOs, the industry and the community 
  • Actively seeking relevant partnership and industry initiatives

Communication and competence building

  • Represent Brav in the public room
  • Continuous development of internal communication 
  • Lead Brav Sustainability group 
  • Act as the go to person for internal stakeholders in developing competence, business opportunities and communication

 

Reporting

  • Create and maintain Brav KPI Responsibility road map 
  • Overall responsible for Brav’s internal and external sustainability reporting
  • Create and maintain the GRI reporting process
  • Continuous development of Bravs climate reporting

 

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years academic degree (master or similar). Relevant education within Sustainability is key
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
  • Very good English language skills, both verbally and written.
  • Solid competence and documented results in sustainability, circular economy, climate, environmental work and business development
  • Good understanding of social policy
  • Experienced in public dialog representing the company
